Return Window

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • Must not be opened or washed
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Baby feeding bottles (if opened)
  • Pacifiers, nipples, teething items once opened
  • Baby skincare or hygiene products
  • Diapers and sealed hygiene items once opened

Refund Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We offer replacement for damaged, defective, or wrong items after verification.
